St. George Trip '09: Brigham Young's winter quarters

Since the establishment of our family the word free or cheap has become one of my favorite words! So with that being said I found lots of FREE stuff to do in St. George that I knew we would all enjoy. Even though the kids are younger they really did enjoy walking through Brigham Young's house, it helped to have good missionaries that would get on their level. Here's a few pictures from the house.



The kids were amazed when our guide told us how they would have to wash their dishes first and then they would wash their clothes and lastly wash the kids all in the same tub of water. When he asked if anyone knew why they had to go in that order... Hunter started laughing and said "so they didn't get pee and poo on their dishes, remember when I went pee in the tub Mom"... it started a very interesting conversation with all 4 kids! I just laughed and Dallin ignored them!
