Aidan and Hunter both turned 6 in October. We call them our Irish twins... born the same year from other mothers and have a bond like no other! We celebrate each of their birthdays on their respective days and then we have a few family parties that they celebrate their birthdays together. This year we gave them the choice of having separate cakes at the family party.. but they could think of no such thing! So they ended up with motorcycles driving over barbie! Classic!
While we were at Oma and Opa's we went into the living room to sing and blow out candles. Oma has new carpet and she usually doesn't allow ANY food in the room especially if it's the kids... so what do I go and do?! Let the cake slide onto the floor and couch! Luckily it washed right out... it sure made for a memorable night!
