The kids and I took off to the zoo this afternoon to check out the animals. I was a little disappointed by the lack of animals and ALL the construction going on at the zoo, but the weather was good and we still had a good time! Being the good Mom that I am ;) I printed off some worksheets the kids had to do while we walked around so that they would learn some new things while we were there instead of running around crazy! It worked too! All 4 kids loved the worksheets and had a fun time figuring out the answers... once they finished their worksheets they got a treat from the gift shop as their reward!
