We headed down to Moab for a few days because Emery competed in the kids tri that was being held. Tennant's and Kevin, Emery and Hunter's Dad came along too... so it was lots of fun!
Ryker LOVED swimming and would cry to go back into the pool!
We played in the pool every day we were down there and enjoyed the great weather!
Friday night was the kids tri, Emery. Mason and Cannon all competed in it. Next time we'll have Mason trained enough to do it with them!
Emery getting ready for the tri to begin! Swim was first then the bike and run! She has been training for it for a few months but I don't think you can ever be ready to jump in a 60 degree lake and swim as fast as you can!
They had lots of lifeguards and boats in the water with the kids to get them through the race!

Saturday we walked around town and did some shopping! The kids got treats and shirts and then we met up with Tennant's and went swimming and to dinner! Eric raced in the X-terra that morning and Melissa ran the 5 K on Friday night... they're in much better shape then Ben and I!
Saturday night after dinner we did our usual Delicate Arch night hike! Always a good time doing that hike! This time it was a bit windy; but we still had fun!

Sunday morning after we checked out of the hotel we headed to the Colorado to do a little rock throwing and repelling!

Aidan was promised an ice cream if he would go! So he was down in a heart beat!
Here's Emery again... I thought it was Mason when I was posting it. He did go down the mountain too though!
Hunter went down a second time and Kevin went with him!
Thanks to the Tennant's and Kevin for coming with us! We love these annual trips and can't wait for the next one!
