We're back!

Sorry for the inconvenience of going private... we just have to many "issues" going on with people right now, that we would rather keep our little family a bit safer. Anyhow... So we have had a lot going on the last little while, we had 2 mission home comings in the month of January, Uncle Andrew (Ben's Bro.) and my cousin Logan. Both did a great job speaking and we had a great time visiting with all the family!

We celebrated 2 birthdays in our house... Ms. Emery turned 6 and got her ears pierced and Mr Mas Face Mason turned 7! We are now done with kid birthdays until October! I decided to have kid time for their birthday's instead of parties like we usually do.. we had a blast! For Emery's birthday I took the kids (all by myself!) to Hollywood connection for a few hours and then we hit Leatherby's on our way home for fries and ice cream. For Mason's birthday we hit up Nickelcade (not recommended- too dirty, go to Gasoline Alley in Jordan Landing) and then went to Red Robin for dinner. I had a special cake made at Harmons because no one carries Indiana Jones or cool Star Wars cakes... they made did exactly what I asked and made it look like hilly areas only grey and then I bought figures and added them myself since Emery and Mason wanted a Star Wars cake.

Grandpa and Grandma White have been in town since Christmas and that was fun visiting with them. I will hate to get old is all I can say. Hopefully Ben stays in shape to haul me around!

Hunter has gotten beat up this past month, every time I turn around the poor guy is getting hurt somewhere. Luckily Aidan has been around to help him out and take care of him! Emery had her first boy call her at home and I thought I was going to die laughing or make the poor kid cry from laughing.

Tera: Hello

Josh: Can I talk to Emery? (squeaky voice that totally sounded like a girl)

Tera: Well she's at dance class right now, who's this?

Josh: Josh, I go to school with her. She said I could call her if I want.

Tera: Oh, okay Josh, well Emery is at dance but I can have her call when she gets home.

Josh: k do that.

Tera: (totally loosing it with laughs!) Does Emery have your phone number or what is it and I'll have her call.

Josh: ummm 347832 courthill Lane.

Tera: (gone with laughter) Okay Josh I will tell Emery you called.

Josh: K, I have to go my mom's looking for me. Click!

When Emery got home that night I decided to talk to her about it... Picture Emery standing in front of 2 great big mirrors looking at herself and fixing her hair and lips and prancing around... watching herself the WHOLE time! (Just like Elizabeth!)

Tera: Emery someone called for you while you were at dance

Emery: Who was it... Scot, Elizabeth, Grandma Cindy...

Tera: No it was a boy named Josh

Emery: Oh he goes in my class... I gave him my phone number, he wants to be my friend.

Tera: Well that's good, but why did you want him to call you...

Emery: I wonder if Josh has a phone in his room, I want a phone in my room. Did Josh give you his phone number?

Tera: (laughing) No Em he didn't, he gave me his address though, Im sure we could do a drive by....

Emery: He's 5 mom, and he's a little shorter then me but his hair is the same color

Tera: I know who he is Em, I helped with his reading last week... and your 6 and how old did I say you have to be to talk to boys and date?

Emery: 18, I know mom... how long till then?

Tera: Go to bed Emery...

Hahahaha it still makes me laugh! We are in for some good times at our house as they all get older! Ben didn't find it as amusing as I did... I think I gave him a few more grey hairs! Speaking of Ben... he's doing great. They moved him to Bagrams main base and he has about 10 more weeks left! It's finally coming to a close! Until next time....
