1 Year Older and Wiser too... Happy Birthday to you!

It's been a while since I have blogged but in my defense there is NO time what so ever in our household most days to even sit and relax unless it's 10 PM and seriously who wants to blog that late when you can be spending time with your husband?! Not I! Well we zoomed right through January it was such a fun, eventful month for our family! Miss Emery turned 7 years old. She was able to celebrate her birthday at Boondocks and Chuck-e-cheese.

Emery requested a cake on her actual birthday since we weren't having the"store bought" cake for a few weeks after her birthday. Check out the sweet hoodie she just had to have when she saw it! hahahaha I'm surprised she knows what Life Flight is.. but hey whatever works I guess.

Mason celebrated his 8th Birthday the end of January, but 1 week prior to turning 8 he was able to attend his first Pack Meeting. He was absolutely in heaven! He LOVES Scouts! In less then 1 month he has already passed off his Bobcat requirements and will be recieving his award at Pack Meeting next week. We are so proud of him!

Emery and Mason couldn't decide what they wanted for their cake this year for the family party, so mom decided and as Mason said... "this is the BEST cake ever!" I was very impressed! Lego Knights bombing Mermaid Barbie! Classic!

Hunter was totally in heaven when Mason got his Scout uniform he had it on as soon as he could get it buttoned up! I think he was more excited about it than Mason!

Mason celebrated his birthday at Nickel city and Leatherby's. Since he turned 8 he recieved his very own set of green scriptures that he picked out, a new suit, Legos, his Scout uniform, money, trucks, and games for the Xbox. Needless to say he was spoiled and in heaven!

Mom caved in too and got Mason the Life Flight sweater that he just had to have since Emery got one! The other two want one as well so I guess I'll have to start saving my pennies!
Along with Mason turning 8... he was able to be baptized by his dad! It was such an amazing day and we are so proud of his decision to be baptized and confirmed a member of the church. We really appreciate all of the family and friends that came and supported Mason on his big day! We love you all so much!

Last but not least you can't have the month of February without the BOAT SHOW!!! WOO HOO! We love the boat show... unfortunately, I didn't take very many pictures, nor did I take any pictures of the other activities we did the last 2 months, I didn't even get pictures of my arm from my surgery. I should really get on that before the stitches come out!... Oh well life goes on! Until next time...

WHAT?! You had surgery? Where have I been? Sorry about missing Mason's baptism. Wish we could have been there. Can't believe how big our kids are getting!
